Wisteria Suri Ranch is home to the first FULL ACCOYO SURI herdsire in Texas.

*News: Sept. 2009* We have acquired a full Accoyo foundation female to take our breeding program to the next level. We are the first and only full Accoyo Suri breeding program in Texas as to date. We will be breeding for full Accoyos in addition to our color Suris.

We are a small friendly ranch about 35 minutes from Austin. We enjoy visitors, so give us a call and come see our alpacas. You can also take home farm fresh eggs from our happy entertaining hens.

Our alpaca story...

A long time ago, in rural Michigan, there was a little Asian girl named Keiko who was learning country western guitar even before she spoke English. She missed the Japanese countryside, but she sure loved those red barns and animals here in the U.S. Since the time she was 8, she dreamed of having her own farm.

Many years later, she married a California city boy named Matt who also loved animals. They, along with their son, Kenji went for a wild ride all the way to Texas to start their very own alpaca ranch.

Why alpacas? Matt and Keiko love all animals, but alpacas offered them an ideal lifestyle, exciting farm business, insurable investments and new friends from all walks of life. Why not alpacas?!
